At Distinctive Dental Concepts we have a combined 100+ years of experience in our office. We've been around long enough to know what works over a patients' lifetime and we don't chase every fad or gimmick that comes along.

Dr. Conrad, DDS

Dr. Conrad attended Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Following dental school graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at Olin E. Teague Veterans Center and Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. This program concentrated on the treatment of facial pain, surgery and the administration of intravenous (IV) sedation.

Philosophy: I prepare and train myself as if my own daughters or wife were in my chair. I diligently try to take the bad parts out of dentistry while focusing on making every part as ideal as it can be, technically and from a comfort standpoint. My patients' restored teeth should be as beautiful, healthy, functional and aesthetic as the best natural teeth, and maybe even better.

Dr. Conrad's area of expertise are porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns and bridges, bonding, teeth bleaching, the treatment of T.M.J. disorders and facial pain, and complex restorative dentistry including the treatment of severely worn, decayed or missing teeth.

Dr. Conrad is a member of the teaching faculty at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD). This program is one of the premier post-doctoral training centers in the world. This center teaches dentists worldwide in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry and facial pain therapy (T.M.J.). He is a member of the DCDS, TDA, ADA and ADSA.

Linda Lockhart, RDH, BS

Linda is a native Texas, born and raised in Dallas. After two of college, her hygiene training began at Baylor University College of Dentistry, Caruth School of Dental Hygiene where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She is a licensed and Registered Dental Hygienist in Texas, specializing in the effects of the oral cavity on health and appearance. Her license and continuing education credits are maintained yearly. Linda is very knowledgeable in the every changing world of dentistry and dental hygiene. Her years of experience and knowledge allow her to make a difference for her patients. She makes a visit with Linda an event, full of information and a plan for optimal dental health.

Linda is married and has two grown children. She and her husband are enjoying having an empty nest which allows more time for travel, entertaining and being very active in their local church.

Sheri Holder, Office Manager

Sheri was born and raised in Garland, Texas and has been in the dental profession for the past 25 years. Sheri began her career part-time while attending and receiving a degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. After college graduation, Sheri made the decision to continue to work in the dental profession due to her love for our practice and her relationship with our patients. "I really enjoy the relationships I have built with our patients over the past 25 years and I can't imagine working anywhere else!"

Sheri and her husband Freddy currently reside in Richardson and have three children - Hunter, Hailey and Harmony.

Lori Alban, R.D.H.

Born in New Jersey, but was raised in Texas, Lori Alban received an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Wharton College in Wharton, Texas. For more than 27 years, she has worked as a registered dental hygienist in Texas, the last 5 years with Dr. Conrad at Distinctive Dental Concepts. She brings a passion for providing a caring environment for her family of patients, as well as, educating those patients about maintaining optimal oral health. She is certified in CPR, Pit & Fissure, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring.

Lori and her husband Greg have been married for 29 years and have 3 wonderful adult children - John, Chris and Meagan - and 5 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys crafts, soccer, softball, and spending time with her family. Her personal motto - "Live Well, Love Much & Laugh Often."
