"I come to Dr. Conrad's office to enjoy myself!! Yes, you read that correctly, I enjoy coming to my dentist's office. From the time you walk into his office, you are greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. After a very short wait in the lobby, another smiling face opens the door and invites you to come on back. If you are there to have your teeth x-rayed and cleaned, My hygienist is just as interested about you as she is in making sure you have good, sound, clean teeth. She checks your blood pressure, checks for cancer on the tongue or mouth while you are sitting in a very relaxing, vibrating chair. How nice is that!! Having your teeth cleaned is also enjoyable as she is very careful, gentle and through. The polishing feels so good and leaves a clean, healthy taste in your mouth. While you are waiting for Dr. Conrad to come in and review your X-rays, the hygienist offers you a new toothbrush, dental floss and anything else she wants you to use to enhance the care of your teeth. Her personality is just as great as her professional skills. Shortly Dr. Conrad comes in, smiling and asks how you are and what you have been doing lately. He, too, is very interested in you as a person, as well as being professional in examining the X-rays carefully to make sure everything is sound. If it is necessary for you to see Dr. Conrad for any other care needed to correct a defect in your teeth, you can be sure he will perform that procedure with expertise using gentle hands and caring words. His chair assistant is efficient and also wears a smile. The procedure is over before you realize it as you have been reclining in a most comfortable chair and have been given adequate numbing for a painless restored tooth. I would never think of going to any other dental office, even if it was free. One more thing, the rates for quality care is very much in line with, or below, other dental offices and you never leave without feeling like you are their only patient." - Libby S.
